It's been a while

Wow, I did not  realize that it had been 3 months since I last posted, time does fly by.  As an update Aaron started his new job at the end of June.  He got a job working in St. George Utah.  I guess we got spoiled by the warm weather in California and we decided that we are just not ready to brave the snow again for a while. 
I stayed up in Sandy for a few extra weeks before moving down to St. George to finish up work and to keep up the money flow.  I was lucky and got a job in St. George right away.  I am working as an optician for a local private practice doctor, I am learning so much, I love it. 
We ended up renting a town home close to both of our jobs.  Unfortunately, when we were looking for a place to live we had such limited time to look that the place we chose was the only place we looked at.  The landlord does not accept pets :(  My parents are the greatest, they graciously took Mazie for us until we can get into a better location where we can have her with us.  It is pretty weird not to have her around, but I know we will get her back in a few months.  
We love not having homework, boards, tests, proficiencies and all the other side effects of school.  It is exciting to be in the working world making real life decisions, it's sort of weird, but I think we are handling it fine.  
Since the weather is pretty warm down here, and we still have about 6 more weeks of it, we are looking forward to the cool weather so that we can start to explore the outdoors down here.
